MPs want Shs1.2 trillion for Parish Model
The government has identified 17 loan-funded projects that are worth 4.2 trillion shillings for cancellation. Even though they have accrued interest and commitment fees, the projects are either yet to take off, or the cost of their completion is much higher than terminating them.
