KCCA to issue guidelines for bars and night clubs
The Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) is set to issue guidelines to regulate city bars from polluting noise. KCCA Executive Director Dorothy Kisaka, who was on Tuesday meeting with bar proprietors, says several complaints have been raised regarding high musical sounds from bars, especially during night hours leading to the need for regulation.
