Former ADF leader Jamil Mukulu challenges court’s jurisdiction
Jailed Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) leader Jamilu Mukulu has resurfaced in public for the first time in over five years. Mukulu, along with two co-accused, is challenging the juris-diction of Uganda’s International Crimes Division to try him for terrorism-related charges allegedly committed outside Uganda.
