CONGO WAR EXPENSES: MPs hear the bulk of budget is for soldiers’ welfare
The Defence Ministry says a bigger part of the 89.7 billion shilling budget for the war against ADF in Congo will go towards buying military equipment and soldiers welfare. State Minister for Defence Jacob Oboth says medical and communications equipment will take the remainder of the budget.
