Bus operators still unsure about Uganda-Rwanda border travel
With the reopening of the Gatuna-Katuna border for the first time in three years, bus operators and travellers are yet to start travelling across the borders, as they await guidelines from the government on travel protocols to enter Rwanda during these Covid-19 times. They say currently the situation is still unclear.
