besigye demands more pay for public servants, teachers
The leader of the People’s Front for Transition Dr. Kizza Besigye is calling for a rise of funding for schools and for teachers’ pay. He spoke at the pressure group’s end of year press conference in Kampala where he also condemned the excessive use of force in last week’s Kayunga LC5 chairperson by-election.
