FIA urges investment to address financial flow bottlenecks
A recent National Risk Assessment by the Financial Intelligence Authority has revealed bottlenecks in the capacity of financial industry players to handle illicit financial flows. According to Sam Were Wandera, the executive director of the Financial Intelligence Authority, this state of affairs calls for urgent investment in training and technology to plug the holes.
