EMPLOYEE SURVEY: More required of companies
From a survey carried out by Price Water House Coopers in partnership with Prudential Insurance covering 500 companies and 1500 employees in which Uganda Breweries took the top accolade, it emerged that companies need to pull up their socks in as far as more employee-friendly policies and actions are concerned. Other winners included Uganda Retirement Benefits Authority and Total Energies for different thematic areas.
