Court starts hearing of ex Jinja East MP
The high court in Jinja City has started hearing the electoral petition that was filed by Paul Mwiru, the former member of parliament for Jinja East constituency.
The matter before the high court is of a polling station in Masese division in which Paul Mwiru alleges that his Polling agents were bitten and removed from it. Jinja South East constituency has 54 polling stations but the 53 have no problem, with the exception of the one polling station in Masese which is being disputed.
