Save the Children provides home-based learning for 300 children with disability
Close to 300 children with disability in Amuru district drop out of school because of barriers to inclusive learning in education facilities. Save The children Uganda facilitated home-based learning during the COVID-19 lockdown to children with disability in the district in addition to training parents and teachers to embrace inclusive teaching in primary schools. This was intended to improve their literacy levels.
