Prime Minister Nabbanja urges residents on Parish Development Model
Prime Minister Robinah Nabbanaja has called on Ugandans to register for the Parish Development Model in their respective home areas. The Prime Minister, who was touring eastern Uganda, insisted that those who charge residents a registration fee would be arrested. As AARON MUKAMA reports, the prime minister pledged that this programme would be the best-run government endeavour.
