NRM insists no need to panic over committee heads
The government Chief Whip Hamson Obua says they are receiving applications from National Resistance Movement MPs who are interested in the 13 available vacancies for both chairpersons and deputies of the different house sectoral committees. He explains that the applicants have up to two weeks to show interest in the positions. He adds that they are looking for regional balance, professionalism, result-oriented individuals, as well as integrity.
