Man responsible in Kyengera shooting has history of mental illness
NTV has learnt that the family of a man who temporarily blocked Masaka road in Kyengera town council yesterday and attacked a security officer with a machete has a background of mental health problems. According to his family, Geoffrey Kitaka, of Kagga in Wakiso district had a mental breakdown. The incident ended with three people injured and one dead when Police responded.
