Kadaga insists she will run for speakership as an independent
Following the decision by the NRM Central Executive Committee, former Speaker Rebecca Kadaga has indicated that she is not yet out of the running to retain the position in the 11th parliament. Addressing the media following a decision by NRM to back Jacob Oulanyah, Kadaga has declared that she will be running for the position as an independent candidate.
