Electoral Commission bans taking photos at polling stations
The Electoral Commission has barred all persons from taking pictures inside the gazetted polling station area on the 14th January, when the country will vote the next president and directly elected members of parliament. Electoral Commission chairperson, Justice Simon Byabakama says even the media will not be allowed within the polling area to preserve the sanctity of the secret ballot.
