Bible society launches Rukiga-Runyankore braille bible
The Bible Society of Uganda has launched its first braille Bible in Runyakore-Rukiga, aimed to help with visually impaired people enrich their spiritual belief through the bible. Rev. Emmy Mwesigye, the chairman of the bible society in the western region says the braille that costs about two million shillings will not be sold but instead be given out freely to visually impaired people.
