COFFEE LAW: More changes in the offing
The state minister for agriculture Bwino Fred Kyakulaga says the government is in the process of reviewing the national coffee Act 2021 with a focus on ironing out any bottlenecks voiced through smallholder farmers as bureaucratic or red tape policies that continue to exclude them from full participation in the coffee value chain. He was speaking at the recently concluded world coffee day, held here in Kampala.
