Mukula faces stiff challenge ahead of NRM delegates conference
With just three weeks left until the much-anticipated National Delegates Conference for the NRM party, which will be held on the 27th of this month at the Kololo Ceremonial Grounds, political tensions are rising in the Teso sub-region.
