Court rejects Kakwenza’s request for passport
Author Kakwenza Rukirabashaija's request to obtain his passport to travel for medical treatment has flopped after Buganda road court Chief magistrate Douglas Singiza ruled that there is no pressing need for the accused to leave the country.
