Uganda Local Government Association elects Rwabuhinga as president
The Uganda Local Government Association is worried that there is a silent arm in government pushing for centralization of government undermining the decentralization which was adopted by government years back in a bid to improve service delivery. Speaking after winning the ULGA chairperson election, Richard Rwabuhinga added that the budget for local government continues to shrink affecting service delivery. Other leaders used the opportunity to air out problems they are grappling with.
