NIRA opens US office to support diaspora Ugandans
Ugandans in California are set to have an office that shall handle the provision of National Identity cards to Ugandans living in California and the U.S at large .This was revealed by the Ambassador & Senior Presidential Advisor on Diaspora Affairs, Abbey Walusimbi in Los Angeles California.
Walusimbi stressed this at the inauguration ceremony of the new cabinet of Ugandans living in California under their umbrella organization, the Ugandan Community Organization in California.
