Incidences of crime by motorcycle riders on the rise
Boda Boda cyclists claim the police knows a lot more than it is letting on, about the rising city crime, perpetrated by thugs, riding motorcycles. This follows increasing incidences of crimes perpetrated by cyclists, some in broad day light. The latest incident saw a city accountant robbed of 5 million shillings by a group of nearly 14 thugs in Kamwokya.
