Gen Katumba Wamala Inspects Teryet Training Centre
Works Minister General Edward Katumba Wamala has expressed optimism that the road to the High Altitude centre training facility of Teryet is 85% complete. With the development, the minister says this will enable more youths to deliver medals for Uganda at international meets. Meanwhile Kween district chairperson Geofrey Cherokwe says many athletes have been training in Kenya, but with this new facility will enable them to train from closer to home.
