Pearl of Africa Rally begins with scrutineering in Mbarara
This year's Pearl of Africa Rally activities got underway today in Mbarara City with the scrutineering of the rally cars ahead of tomorrow's practice session, which will determine the start list for the main event over the weekend. The competition will get underway on Friday with two stages and a circuit before three stages are raced on Saturday.
