Motorcycle riders ready for Oulanyah memorial
The Federation of Motorsport in Uganda has organised a memorial event in memory of the late Speaker RT. Hon Jacob Oulanyah. The event, dubbed the Memorial Autocross and Enduro Challenge, will take place on the 25th of this month. The event, to take place in Omoro, is planned to be an annual event.
