Jovoc Open Schools Basketball Championship to return on 8th march
Twenty-six teams have confirmed participation in the 12th edition of the Jovoc Open Schools Basketball Championship, due to tip off on the eighth of March in Mbarara City. This year's tournament, which will coincide with the International Women's Day celebrations, is expected to attract over thirty teams from Mbarara, Hoima, Fort Portal, Kabale, Masaka, and Gulu, among other districts. St. Joseph's Vocational School head teacher Rev. Fr. Christopher Katono Bafaki says the competition has grown over time.
