Uganda recruitment agencies deny passport withholding, acknowledge possibility
The Uganda Association of External Recruitment Agencies, says they do not know of any labour export company holding onto anyone's passport. The Executive Director, Stuart Oramire, has however not ruled out instances where the passports can be withheld by these companies. Oramire was responding to revelations by the immigration office that labour export companies have over 8,000 passports.
