Uganda receives over 1.6m doses of Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine
State Minister for Primary Health Care, Margret Muhanga says the government has resolved to fully open up the economy by January next year. However, the decision will follow meeting the required vaccination threshold for the priority groups. Muhanga was part of the government team that received the one million six hundred seventy-four thousand two hundred seventy (1,674,270) doses of the Pfizer vaccine, a donation from the US government, at Entebbe airport today
