Tourism Ministry, China deepen tourism collaboration
The Chinese government has partnered with Uganda’s Ministry of Tourism to enhance marine or water-based tourism in Uganda. According to the Chinese Ambassador to Uganda, Zhang Lizhong, this partnership is part of China's economic investment and trade initiatives in bilateral relations with Uganda. As part of this collaboration, a well-known Chinese dragon boat race is being promoted as one of Uganda’s tourism offerings.
