Kabarole and Kamwenge continue to face high stunting rates
Kabarole and Kamwenge continue to rank high for stunted children in the country. Although the stunting rate in Kabarole District has dropped from 41% last year to 38%, the numbers are still worrying to leaders. During a meeting of stakeholders in Fort Portal, it was emphasized that there is a need for media to advocate and sensitize mothers on the importance of breastfeeding.
