Defence Minister defends killing of terrorists
Defence Minister Jacob Markson Oboth has defended the recent killing of a suspected terrorist on the streets of Kampala, saying it was necessary to prevent a bigger disaster. Oboth says the security operatives could not take the risk of being blown off by the suspected suicide bomber, who is claimed to have been under the security radar. He made the statement shortly after being nominated to compete for the National Resistance Movement party flag for the West Budama Central parliamentary seat.
