AFRICA EXPORT MARKET: No strategy yet for Uganda
The African Continental Free Trade Area is part of the growth and recovery strategy for Uganda, at least going by government technocrats. However, as Rachel Nabisubi reports, any aspirations in this direction are being given lip service and it appears no plan exists to tap into the African market.
