Ministry of Works explains road safety measures
Despite the outcry from the public about the punitive measures enshrined in the Electronic Penalty System, the Ministry of Works and Transport has explained that the measures, put in different zones, are part of renewed efforts to reduce road accidents. These remarks were made during the launch of a community sensitisation drive.
