COMMONWEALTH GAMES: Badminton teams gets ready for games
Eight Ugandan badminton players are set to represent the country at this year’s Commonwealth Games starting July 28 in Birmingham, England. The team currently training at the Lugogo indoor stadium has players with a wealth of experience from the World Youth Badminton Championships as well as the Africa Championship. Uganda was pooled in group B alongside Canada, Maldives and Scotland in competition.
