2022 Schools boxing tournament cancelled by sports Minister
The National Schools Boxing Championship organised by the Uganda Boxing Federation has been called off until further notice. The cancellation was communicated in a letter from the Ministry of Education and Sports signed by sports state minister Hamson Obua. This has left boxers, coaches and the boxing federation with no idea of what is to follow as no reason was cited for the cancellation of the event.
