UGANDA-RWANDA TRADE: Uncertainty remains over cross-border operations
Members of the Kampala City Traders Association (KACITA) say they are waiting for formal communication from the government before they can resume trade in Rwanda. The Katuna Gatuna border has been opened today after three years since it was closed.
