Twiine, Mutwe resurface, charged with attacking Museveni, Muhoozi
The former Criminal Investigations Directorate spokesperson, Charles Twiine, and one of National Unity Platform (NUP) president Robert Kyagulanyi's bodyguards, Noah Mutwe, who had been missing for days, have resurfaced. Twiine, who is attached to Parliament, and Mutwe were today taken to Buganda Road Court to be formally charged with eight counts, including attacking President Museveni and his son, Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
