Tooro Queen mother urges Ugandans to support orphans amid declining Foreign Aid
Tooro Queen Mother Best Kemigisa has asked Ugandans to start supporting vulnerable groups, such as orphans, as international support dwindles. The Queen Mother said that orphanage homes have mostly depended on foreign donations, but since funding has dropped, homes are struggling to maintain orphans in the Baby Homes. She spoke as she received solar sets, play materials, cash, and computers for Best Orphanage and Tooro Babies’ Homes from development partners.
