Teargas canister explodes in MUK student’s hand
The Guild leadership of Makerere University want the University and Uganda Police to compensate, student Richard Ssebuganda whose hand was allegedly shattered by a tear gas canister that was dropped in his room by the Police. Ssebuganda is a student of surgery and Medicine and Police says its investigation will guide them on how best to handle the matter.
