SILENT CAFE: Two restaurants where meals are quiet
A new service provider in town has opened its doors for a less privileged group of people in Kampala. The Silent Cafe in Nakulabye, just like its name is run by a manager and employees with hearing impairment, who mostly use sign language in their day to day operations.
