Rubanda residents protest plan to hand project to NWSC
Over 1000 residents of Hamuhambo Town Council in Rubanda district yesterday protested the district council’s decision to allow the National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) to take over the ongoing construction of Bushuura water scheme.
