Parents reject baby presented by hospital, DNA test ordered
The High Court in Kampala has ordered that a DNA test be carried out on a three-month-old baby boy who was detained at birth by Rosewell Women and Children's Hospital in Kampala. This was after his parents failed to clear a bill of 4.4 million shillings when he was delivered.
