Mulago Women’s specialised hospital grapples with staffing challenges
Mulago Women's and Neonatal Hospital is operating below its expected capacity as a super specialized facility due to several challenges, which include lack of specialists. The hospital's Executive Director, Dr. Evelyn Nabunya says a lot more investment is required especially to equip the facility and enable them work efficiently. On Thursday, the hospital inaugurated its board members into office, for the first time since its commissioning in 2019.
