Minister Kitutu urges Kapchorwa locals on trade
The minister for Karamoja Affairs Dr Mary Goretti Kitutu has commissioned the Muyembe Kapchorwa road, adding that the government hopes it will boost trade and tourism in the Sebei sub-region. The road was rehabilitated at a cost of 54 billion shillings. She warned the community leaders to guard against vandalism.
