Minister Amongi blames lack of IDs for delay in disbursing money to elderly
The Minister of Gender Labour and Social Development, Betty Amongi has attributed the delay in disbursing money to some of the elderly persons to lack of national identity cards and bank accounts in centenary bank. Amongi was addressing journalists at media center in Kampala on the progress made by her ministry on various issues.
