MEDICAL INTERNS’ STRIKE: Interns agree to call off strike
Medical interns have agreed to call off their six-week strike on 20th December, following a commitment from the Ministry of Health to clear their allowances. This followed confirmation of the receipt of 35 billion shillings for the allowances by the ministry of Health, which will be channelled to the intern's respective health facilities for payment.
