Masindi NIRA stuck with 20,000 IDs
The Assistant Registrar NIRA Masindi branch, Job Mugabi says close to 20,000 National Identity cards have not been collected. Mugabi says people who registered two years ago up to now have failed to pick their national IDs and main culprits are students who were registered from their respective schools.
