Masaka NRM woman MP candidate Mubanda mourned
Former Masaka Woman Member of Parliament, Freda Mubanda has died from Nairobi Hospital where she has been undergoing treatment, reportedly for COVID-19. The 77-year old NRM flag bearer for Masaka District Woman MP is renowned for her generosity, advocacy for women's rights and the empowerment of women. Leaders in Masaka District paid glowing tribute to Mubanda while members of her NRM party, said they had lost a strong pillar who was keen in mentorship.
