Locals in Katabi up in arms over hotel, owners defend project
Locals in Entebbe have protested over the construction of a hotel by businessman Sudhir Ruparelia which involves pouring huge volumes of soil into lake Victoria to create a marina. Ruparelia Group of Companies says they have permission that allows them to reclaim the land but the national environmental management authority says this is illegal.
