Kaka Bagyenda should be held accountable - Analysts
According to several analysts, Col. Kaka Bagyenda, the former Director of the Internal Security Organisation should be held accountable for the violations of human rights perpetrated by agents of the intelligence agency while he was in charge. They are of the view that firing or transferring heads of security agencies over allegations of unlawful acts is not enough to send a strong message to the other similar organisations.
